Terms of use
Last updated
These terms apply when you use liveform at liveform.studio, which is run by Grant Zerlaut. By using it you agree to them.
Using liveform
liveform is free. You may use it for personal and commercial work, such as photos and videos you post.
Don't use it to break the law, to harass or harm anyone, or to record people who haven't agreed to be recorded. You are responsible for what you capture and for where you share it.
Your captures
Photos and videos you make with liveform are yours. liveform claims no ownership of them, and gives no rights to anything else that appears in them, such as other people, logos or artwork.
Sharing a capture with liveform
When you share a capture with liveform, you confirm that:
- you made the capture;
- everyone who appears in it agreed to it being shared with liveform, with a parent or guardian agreeing for anyone under 18;
- you are 13 or older.
You give liveform permission to keep and look at what you send, to see how effects look on real cameras, find and fix problems and test new effects, as the privacy page describes. liveform never shows them publicly.
Don't share anything unlawful, or anything showing a person who did not agree to it. liveform may delete any capture shared with it.
Feedback
If you send feedback, liveform may use it to improve the product, with no obligation to you.
No warranty
liveform is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or stop at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, liveform and Grant Zerlaut are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or from what you capture or share with it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
These terms may change. If they change in a way that matters, the home page will say so for 30 days, and the date at the top says when they last did.
